Debate Series: The Morality of God

Debate Series: The Morality of God

One argument that has been presented against the existence of God or to give an excuse for why we don’t have to obey Him, is that God is nor moral. Proponents of this argument will point to examples in the Old Testament in particular where God kills, or tells someone else to kill a person or group of people. They will also bring up the fact that God killed His own Son who was innocent as examples of immoral behavior. Join Pastors Nathanael Mayhew and Mark Tiefel as they engage in a mock debate over the morality of God, and learn how to respond to such assertions when you are confronted with them.

CPR: Loneliness during COVID

CPR: Loneliness during COVID

Do you feel lonely? It’s hard not to feel isolated and alone in this time of self-isolation. Even for the Christian who has been assured by Jesus that He would be with us always, it is very easy to feel alone and depressed in these uncertain times. Pastors Tom Naumann and Ben Libby take us through Scripture to see five different examples of believers who felt alone, yet they turned to their LORD to see that He was truly in control. We may feel alone, but through faith in Jesus, we know that no matter how we feel, the love of the LORD always shines through the clouds of uncertainty.
