Join pastors Nathanael Mayhew, Neal Radichel and Mark Tiefel as they dialogue on church shopping, which takes them into the topics of what is important to look for in a church and what isn’t important. They will touch on the doctrines of fellowship, inspiration, the Lord’s Supper and more. Join us again as we dig into what lies behind the assertions of many when this topic comes up and as we study what God has to say to us in His Word.
In our summary of Leviticus we will look at the different types of Law God gave His Old Testament people including the Moral, Civil and Ceremonial. Our verse is Leviticus 19:8: “You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD” (NKJV). God’s Law is good, because it reveals His will and what is good for us and all society. But only Jesus has kept it perfectly and He has done that our our substitute.
In our summary of Exodus we are reminded of God’s care and protection, and His love of His people motivates them to love and trust in Him. Our verse is: “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before Me” (Exodus 20:2-3 NKJV). We will see His deliverance and His care for His people.
Join us for part three of our series on heaven. In this episode Pastor Neal Radichel joins Pastor Mark Tiefel to discuss what heaven will be like (what will be there and what won’t be there) and what we will remember when we are in heaven. We will look at the passages of Scripture that help us separate fact from fiction when it comes to these questions so that we might have the comfort that God intends for us to have as we look to Christ. Dig into the Scriptures for answers to these questions and more!
In our summary of Job we are reminded of the life of Job and how God used the tragedies of his life to instruct and strengthen him. Our verse is Job 13:15: “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him” (KJV). The LORD assures him that He is merciful and loving, and gives us a new perspective on life and the opportunities that the LORD puts before us to bear witness of Him.
